PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:
The personal information that you provide in connection with registering yourself as an S2 Solutions user or registering an S2 Solutions product is classified as Registration Information. Registration Information is protected in several ways. Access by you to your Registration Information may be available through a password and unique customer username. This password is encrypted. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. In addition, your Registration Information resides on a secure server that only selected S2 Solutions personnel and contractors have access to via password. S2 Solutions encrypts your personal information and thereby prevents unauthorized parties from viewing such information when it is transmitted to S2 Solutions.
 

Personal information that you provide that is not Registration Information also resides on a secure server and is only accessible via password. Since this information is not accessible from outside S2 Solutions, you will not be asked to select a password in order to view or modify such information.
 

Please note that any information you post to a public bulletin board or guestbook is available to all persons accessing that site.
 

OPTING OUT:

Information provided at the time of Product Purchase, Product Registration or submission of Contact or Support forms may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by S2 Solutions, our affiliates, resellers or companies associated with S2 Solutions. To keep you in control of your personal information and the communications directed to you, we allow you to opt out of the following services: sharing your information in our client list, receiving communications from S2 Solutions about new features, products, services or specials, and receiving communications about offers from third-party companies that offer a product or service that we think would be of value to you. If a site visitor objects to such use for any reason, he or she may stop that use by e-mail request to support@s2solutions.ca. Information provided when purchasing products from any of our online stores may be used for marketing and promotional purposes and is subject to the opt-out processes described on, or linked to, each form.
 

USE OF IP ADDRESSES:

An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you log onto the Web. Web servers -- the big computers that "serve up" Web pages -- automatically identify your computer by its IP address.
 

S2 Solutions collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to report aggregate information to our advertisers, and to audit the use of our site. When site visitors request pages from the Web site, our servers log the visitor's IP addresses. We do not normally link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that a user's session will be logged, but the user remains anonymous to us. We can and will use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our or Terms of Use or to protect our service, site, customers, or others.

USE OF COOKIES:

When you visit www.s2solutions.ca, you can surf the site anonymously and access important information without revealing your identity. In order to improve our site visitors' experience, we use "cookies" to track your visit.
